How hiring works

What happens after you send it

  1. We read it

    A person reads every application. If the role is a fit you will hear from us, usually within a week.

  2. A conversation

    A phone call first, then a conversation with the manager you would work for.

  3. An offer in writing

    Pay, commission plan and start date, in a letter you can take home and read. The background check disclosure comes with it.

  4. Paperwork, then the work

    A private link for your documents, your I-9 on day one, and a written plan for your first ninety days.

Only if you have a photo handy. It is not required to apply and we will not chase you for it. It is encrypted the moment it arrives, it is never shown beside your application, and it is deleted after thirty days unless you are hired.

We do not ask for your Social Security card here. If we make you an offer we send you a private, encrypted link for your paperwork — that is the right time, and for the Form I-9 you choose which documents to present.
