How we set it up

You keep your numbers. We do the rest.

We count the seats

One seat per person who needs to make and take calls. Shared numbers and queues don't need their own.

We port your numbers

Every business number comes across on a schedule you pick, so the main line is never down mid-day.

We set it up

Auto-attendant, hours, voicemail, ring groups and the mobile app — configured before anyone has to use it.

We stay on it

The same people who look after your internet. One number to call when a phone misbehaves.

A business owner at the counter taking a call

One company

Internet, lines, TV and the phone system on one invoice

Everything Mac5G sells you sits on one account, billed together, answered for by the same people. One number to call when something is wrong, and one company that owns the answer.

The same extension follows the person — desk phone at the counter, laptop at home, cell in the truck. Customers call one number and never learn where anybody is sitting.

Questions

Mac5G Voice, answered

Is this available to my household?
No. Mac5G Voice is sold to businesses and organizations only. For a home phone, talk to us about what else fits.
Who bills me?
RingCentral does, directly, on the agreement we scope together. Mac5G is your partner on the account — we do the design, the port, the set-up and the support, and we stay your first call.
Why is a term agreement cheaper?
Because RingCentral prices it that way — a seat runs about a third less on a two- or three-year agreement than month to month. Month to month is available if you want it; it just costs more per seat.
Can I keep my business numbers?
Yes. We port every number across on a schedule you pick, and tell you the day before each one moves.
What is a seat?
One person who makes and takes calls. Auto-attendants, ring groups and shared numbers don't each need a seat of their own.
Do I need Mac5G internet for it?
No. It works on any reliable connection. If you take both, we are the ones answering for the call quality and the connection.
Can I mix plans?
Yes. Put the front desk on one plan and the sales floor on another.
What about 911?
911 works, and the address registered to each seat is what emergency services are given. Keep it current when someone moves desks.
