Who we are

This policy is from Mac5G Internet (“Mac5G”, “we”), a Mac Financial Tech Group company. It covers mac5g.net and Mac5G service: what we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, service address and the details of your order or message. When you check an address, we send that address to the network to see if service qualifies. When you pay for equipment, Stripe handles your card, and we never see or store the full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to check availability, set up and bill your service, ship equipment, answer your questions and keep the service secure. We send email about your order and your account. About your bill, we may also text the number on your account: a reminder when the bill is due, a past-due notice, a notice if service is suspended for non-payment, or a notice before service is disconnected, never more than five texts for one bill. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting you; reply HELP for help, or call 888.693.9074. We do not send marketing texts. What we share

We share only what’s needed to deliver the service: with the network that carries your line, with Stripe to process payments, with shipping carriers, and with providers who host our systems and send our email and texts. We don’t sell your personal information. We never share your mobile number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes, and your agreement to get texts from us (your opt-in and consent) is never shared with any third party or affiliate.

Cookies and analytics

The site keeps your cart in your browser for the current visit. We count page visits and basic funnel steps, such as “checked an address”, without tying them to you. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Keeping it safe

Connections to the site are encrypted. Access to customer records is limited to the staff who need it.

Your choices

Children

Mac5G is not directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
