Terms of Service
Last updated 22 September 2026
Who we are
We are Mac5G Internet (“Mac5G”, “we”), a Mac Financial Tech Group company. These terms govern your use of mac5g.net and the orders you place through it. Your service agreement and any signed order form take precedence over this page where they differ.
Using this site
You may use the site to check availability, read about our plans and equipment, buy equipment and contact us. Please don’t try to interfere with the site, access it by automated means at a scale that burdens it, or use it to break the law.
Availability and speeds
Availability is confirmed for a specific address, not a city or a ZIP code. An address that qualifies today may not qualify later if network conditions change. Speeds shown on this site are what a plan can reach, not a guarantee. Actual speeds depend on your address, your equipment, how many devices are connected, where the router sits, building materials, weather and network congestion. The speed test measures the connection between your device and our servers at one moment. It is not a measurement of a Mac5G line.
Prices, taxes and fees
Prices are monthly or one-time as labelled. Taxes, fees and shipping are added on top and shown before you pay or on your bill. Internet access is not subject to Mississippi sales tax. Equipment is taxed. We may change prices for future billing periods after giving notice. Discounts apply only while their conditions are met, such as autopay being on, or keeping an active Mac5G phone line on the same account.
Service orders
An internet order request is a request, not a purchase. A specialist confirms the address, the plan, the equipment and your first bill with you, then sends a secure payment link. Nothing is charged until you pay that link. The card you pay with is charged each month for the plan (the autopay price) until you cancel. We may decline an order if service isn’t available at the address or we can’t verify the information given.
Equipment purchases
Equipment bought through checkout is charged when you pay and ships to the address you give; pickup in McComb can be arranged by phone. Equipment you buy is yours and carries the manufacturer’s warranty. Unopened equipment may be returned within 30 days. Rented equipment stays our property and must be returned in working order when service ends. We may charge for a rented unit that isn’t returned or comes back damaged.
Billing
Service is billed monthly in advance. If a payment fails, service may be suspended and, after notice, cancelled. Please keep your payment details current.
Cancelling
There is no annual contract. You can cancel any time, and service runs to the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Text messages
If you choose to receive text messages from us, the SMS Terms and Conditions apply. Consent to texts is optional and is never a condition of buying anything from us.
Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law, send unlawful bulk messages, infringe others’ rights, or harm the network or other customers’ service. We may suspend service to protect the network.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, from using the site or from an interruption of service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit. Mac5G is not a landline replacement and may not work during a power outage.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
