Data slows down after the monthly allowance, with no overage bills. For automatic failover behind the cable, pair a plan with the Spark router: dual-SIM, with a battery. A business that can’t go offline can have the second network built in with Business Internet Pro.

Automatic failover

When the cable drops, the Spark switches to 5G by itself. The TV keeps streaming and the cameras keep recording.

Made for the road

Take the router from the house to the camper. The plan qualifies at your home address; on the road it uses whatever network reaches where you park, so coverage varies.

Suspend it

Pause between trips or seasons and pick back up when you need it.

Battery backup

The Spark keeps a connection up for as long as 8 hours on battery.

The Spark router

One router for the house and the road

A serious 5G router for offices, pop-ups, events, remote teams, and households with a lot of connected gear. Buy it for $674.99 or rent it for $14.99/mo.

How failover works, and what a backup line costs: backup internet, explained.

Which plan fits a camper or a cabin?

Home Lite has 20GB a month; Home has 30GB a month. For email, maps and some streaming on weekend trips, the smaller plan is plenty. If the family streams every night, take the bigger one.

What happens when the data runs out?

The line keeps working at a reduced speed until your next billing cycle. There are no overage charges.

Can I use it as my main home internet?

These plans are sized for light use, outages and travel. For everyday streaming, the unlimited Home Plus and Home Max are the better value where 5G reaches your address.

How do I suspend my plan?

Call 888.693.9074 or ask in My Account. The plan stays paused until you turn it back on.

Ready when you are.

Check your address in about 30 seconds. A real person confirms it before anything is billed.
