When it ships

Equipment orders ship in 1–3 business days by ground with tracking. We email the tracking number the moment the order leaves.

Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States. The shipping charge, if any, is shown at checkout before you pay; taxes are calculated on the equipment for the state it ships to.

Pickup in McComb

Routers for a new Mac5G internet order can be picked up the same day at our McComb, Mississippi store when they are in stock (Mac5G in McComb). A specialist arranges it with you when your order is confirmed. For an equipment order, call 888.693.9074 to ask about pickup.

A problem with a delivery

If a package is late, damaged or missing, call us with your order number and we sort it out with the carrier.
