Can I take Mac5G with me when I move?
Yes. Home Plus and Home Max are set up for one service address, so call before you move: we check the new address and move the service on the day you pick. Home Lite and Home travel with you anyway; just give us the new home address. The same router works at the new place.
What if Mac5G isn’t available at my new address?
Tell us before you move. If the network doesn’t reach the new address, we close the service with no contract to break. If you bought the router, it stays yours; a rented router goes back.
Do I need a new router at the new address?
No. The same router works at the new address. Pack it with its power cord and antennas, and plug it in near a window when you arrive.
How long does it take to get online at the new place?
Minutes after you plug the router in, once the service has moved. Place it high and near a window, then run a speed test.
