Equipment you buy

Routers, extenders, antennas and cameras carry the manufacturer’s warranty: 12 months unless the listing says otherwise. If a unit stops working because of a defect, call us and we arrange the warranty repair or replacement with you.

Returning equipment

Unopened equipment can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less any shipping we paid. Opened equipment can be returned within 30 days if it is defective. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Rented routers

A rented router stays ours. It goes back when service ends, in working order with its power supply; we send the return instructions. A rented router that is not returned, or comes back damaged, may be charged for.

Monthly service

Mac5G service is month to month. Cancel any time by calling us; the service runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and the next month is not charged.
